Ericka

Ericka is a proud Portland, Oregon, native with over a decade of experience uplifting vulnerable families statewide. As a dedicated Parent Mentor, she empowers parents to create safe, nurturing environments for their children. Her roots in leadership began with competitive volleyball, which she played from middle school through college, and her 25 years of coaching have instilled in her a deep appreciation for mentorship and discipline.

Faith and family are central to Ericka’s life. She treasures time with her loved ones and delights in watching her children grow in their relationship with Christ. Starting her spiritual journey at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, she later joined Genesis Fellowship, where she contributed to the worship team and praise dance ministry. Today, Ericka continues to serve as a One H.O.P.E. Praise Team member, combining her passion for worship with community service.
